Key takeaways
- NCR covers all of Delhi plus districts of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, so a multi-branch gym site should be organised by real branch, not by keyword.
- Each branch page needs its own address, timetable, trainers, photos and its own Google Business Profile.
- DDA sports complexes in Delhi run fitness centres, so a private gym's site should say clearly what it offers.
- Transformation photos used across branches need a consent record and must not exaggerate results under the ASCI Code.

Why is a gym website for Delhi NCR different from a single-town site?
A Delhi NCR gym often serves members who live in one state and work in another, so its website has to work for several cities at once. A single-town gym can describe one neighbourhood; an NCR brand has to show each branch's area that it belongs there.
According to Wikipedia's summary of the National Capital Region, 24 districts of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, along with the whole of Delhi, make up the NCR, which is planned by the NCR Planning Board. Gurugram and Faridabad are in Haryana; Noida and Ghaziabad are in Uttar Pradesh. A member might live in a Noida society, work in Gurugram and want a branch near either end of the commute.
There is also public competition. The Delhi Development Authority says its sports complexes at Saket, Siri Fort, Vasant Kunj, Paschim Vihar, Rohini, Pitampura, Dilshad Garden, Jasola, Yamuna, Chilla, Dwarka and Munirka have full-fledged fitness centres. A private gym's website should not run these down. It should make plain what it offers instead: coaching, class formats, longer hours, women-only batches, personal training or simply a location closer to home.

How should a multi-branch gym structure its website?
Use three levels, brand, branch and programme, and link every level to the others. Visitors and search engines can then move from general to specific in one or two taps.
| Level | Example pages | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Brand | Home, about, programmes, membership rules, careers | Explains who you are and what is the same at every branch |
| Branch | One page per real branch with address, map, hours, trainers and timetable | Proves you are local and answers 'where and when' |
| Programme | Strength, HIIT, yoga, boxing, women's batches | Describes a format once and lists the branches that run it |
Let visitors choose a branch first, then show everything for that branch: its timetable, trainers, trial button and directions. Remember the choice during the visit so they do not keep picking a city on every page.
Plan for the next branch too. A template that adds a complete branch page in an afternoon, with its own content, saves a redesign each time you expand from, say, South Delhi into Gurugram or Faridabad.
What makes each Delhi NCR branch page genuinely local?
Details that only that branch has: its address, trainers, timetable and photos of its own floor. If you could swap the city name and nothing else would change, the page is too thin.
- Full address, an embedded map and a landmark line you can stand behind.
- The nearest Metro station and the parking situation.
- Opening hours, including women-only or family slots if that branch runs them.
- The trainers who actually coach there, with photos and certifications.
- That branch's own class timetable.
- Photos of that branch's equipment, studio and changing rooms.
- Member stories from that branch, with consent.
Google's spam policies describe doorway abuse as pages created to rank for specific, similar queries, including pages aimed at different regions that funnel users to one place. A gym with three branches needs three strong pages, not thirty 'gym in [area]' pages that say the same thing.
Language can differ by branch as well. A branch whose members mostly search and chat in Hindi may need its timetable, plan inclusions and trial button in Hindi, while a branch near an office district may work mainly in English. Translate the pages members actually use rather than the whole site at once, and link each language version to the other so visitors can switch.
For areas you serve but have no branch in, add a short 'Members also come from' line to the nearest branch page instead of creating a separate page.
How should schedules, trainers and plans work across branches?
Keep one master schedule filtered by branch, and spell out plan rules even when prices differ by branch. Members get confused fastest about which plan works where.
- Schedule: filter by branch, day and class type, and show how many spots are left.
- Trainers: one profile each, listing every branch where they coach and the languages they use.
- Plan scope: if a plan covers all branches, say so; if it is single-branch, say that too.
- Prices: branches in different cities often price differently. Either list plans per branch, or show inclusions and invite visitors to WhatsApp the branch for current pricing, with a line explaining why.
Gym software keeps this manageable. Balvira, the gym and akhara management software built by DVM Techno, runs every branch from one owner login, takes class bookings with capacity and waitlists, and reports revenue, attendance and dues per branch. See our gym management software page, and read gym member retention in India for keeping members once they join.
How do WhatsApp trial bookings reach the right branch?
Ask for the branch first, then open WhatsApp with that branch's number and a pre-filled message naming the branch. Otherwise a central number fills with 'which branch?' replies.
- The visitor taps 'Book a free trial'.
- They pick a branch from a short list, or from the branch page they are already on.
- WhatsApp opens with that branch's business number and a message such as 'Free trial at your Dwarka branch, weekday evening please.'
- The branch replies with a slot, the map pin and what to bring.
- The trial is entered in your gym software so the branch manager can follow up.
If one central team handles every enquiry, use one number but keep the branch name in the pre-filled message. Offer a short form for people who prefer not to use WhatsApp, and say what you collect and why; the DPDP Rules, 2025 phase in notice and consent duties. This is not legal advice.
What can an NCR gym claim with transformation photos?
Only what is real, consented and not misleading. Chains face an extra risk: a photo approved for one branch's page ends up in ads for every branch.
The ASCI Code covers communication owned or authorised by the advertiser on the internet and digital media, which includes your website. It requires claims to be capable of substantiation (1.1), rules out visuals or exaggeration that mislead (1.4), and bars claims so exaggerated they cause grave or widespread disappointment (1.5). ASCI's September 2026 guidelines on AI-generated ad content also prohibit misleading synthetic representations of product results.
- Keep a consent register: member, photo, branch and the channels approved.
- Caption each story with the time taken and the programme followed, and note that results vary.
- Use real, unretouched photos only; no AI-made or filtered bodies.
- Avoid copy that shames weight; ASCI's guideline on harmful gender stereotypes warns against implying an overweight person struggles to find a job or partner because of it.
- Take photos down promptly, everywhere, when a member withdraws consent.
How should each Delhi NCR branch appear on Google Business Profile?
Give every staffed branch its own profile, named and categorised consistently, and link each one to its own branch page. This is how a branch shows up when someone nearby searches 'gym near me'.
- Real location: Google's guidelines say the location should be staffed and able to receive customers during its stated hours.
- Name: your real-world brand name, without added keywords or locations.
- Categories: as few as possible and the most specific that fit, such as gym; add others only if they describe what the branch is.
- Links: each profile points to its branch page, not the home page.
- Hours and photos: the same hours as the website, updated for holidays, and photos of that branch.
- Reviews: ask members at a sensible pace and reply to every review.
Results for 'gym near me' depend on where the searcher is standing, so a nearby branch with an accurate profile and a strong branch page has the best chance. Nobody can guarantee a position.

Frequently Asked Questions
How should a gym with branches across Delhi NCR organise its website?
Use three levels: brand pages that apply everywhere, one page per real branch with its own address, map, hours, trainers and timetable, and programme pages that list the branches running each format. Let visitors choose a branch first and keep that choice as they browse. Avoid creating near-identical pages for areas where you have no branch.
Does each gym branch need its own Google Business Profile?
Yes, if each branch is a real, staffed location that receives members during its stated hours. Use the same real-world brand name on every profile without added keywords, choose the most specific categories, keep hours identical to the website and link each profile to its own branch page. Ask members for reviews and reply to them.
Should a multi-branch gym show different prices for each branch?
If prices differ, be clear about it. You can list plans on each branch page, or show what each plan includes and invite visitors to WhatsApp that branch for current pricing, with a short line explaining why. Always state whether a plan covers one branch or all of them, since that is a common source of confusion.
How do I stop WhatsApp trial requests going to the wrong branch?
Ask visitors to choose a branch before the chat opens, then open WhatsApp with that branch's number and a pre-filled message naming the branch and preferred time. If a central team answers every enquiry, keep one number but include the branch name in the message. Record each trial in your gym software so the branch can follow up.
Can a gym chain reuse transformation photos across branches?
Only if the member agreed to that use. Keep a consent register listing each photo, the branch and the channels approved, and remove photos everywhere if consent is withdrawn. Under the ASCI Code, claims must be capable of substantiation and not misleading, so add the time taken and programme followed, and never retouch or use AI-generated results. This is not legal advice.
