What is the best gym management software in India?
The right choice depends on how your gym runs. Does Balvira take a cut of member payments?
No. You connect your own Razorpay account, so members' fees go straight to your bank. Balvira takes no percentage of your collections — you pay only the subscription.
Does Balvira generate GST invoices?
Yes. Every payment gets an invoice number from an unbroken per-gym series, with the GST rate and amount stored on it, and the invoice can be saved as a PDF. A gym without a GSTIN gets a receipt that says so.
Does Balvira support biometric attendance?
Yes. It works with RFID cards and fingerprint readers from any vendor. The fingerprint is matched on the reader itself, so Balvira stores only the identifier the device reports. Members can also check in by a daily QR code, at a kiosk, from their phone near the gym, or by the desk searching their name.
Does Balvira work without internet?
Yes. The front desk keeps working offline — staff can check members in, add a member and record a payment. Everything queues on the device and syncs when the connection returns, without duplicates.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
You connect your own Gupshup or Interakt account and pay them directly for messages, at their rates. Reminders go out from your own approved WhatsApp Business number, in the member's own language.
Is there software built for akharas?
Yes. Balvira has dedicated akhara features: guru-shishya lineage with full history, kushti and traditional disciplines, dangal entries, brackets and results, boarding records and guru-dakshina payments. Each branch can be set to akhara mode or gym mode.
Can I move from Mindbody, Glofox or Zen Planner?
Yes. Balvira imports CSV exports from Mindbody, Glofox and Zen Planner, matched to their own column names, and shows any problems before importing.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything — members, payments, attendance and more — as CSV whenever you want. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee.
