These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DVM Techno website (dvmtechno.com) and all services provided by DVM Techno. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using dvmtechno.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DVM Techno.

2. Services Description

DVM Techno provides the following technology and digital services:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development (Android/iOS)
  • School management ERP software
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • CCTV camera installation and maintenance
  • Wireless broadband internet services
  • Custom software development

Service specifications, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately through project proposals or service agreements. These Terms apply universally to all services unless a separate written contract supersedes them.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code through our platform
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website without written permission
  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false information when requesting services
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All content on dvmtechno.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the property of DVM Techno and protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Client-Owned Deliverables: Upon full payment, DVM Techno transfers ownership of custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Portfolio Rights: DVM Techno reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • Project payments are typically structured as: 50% advance, 50% on delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Broadband and recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Late payment beyond 15 days may result in service suspension.
  • Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

6. Project Delivery & Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on client cooperation. DVM Techno is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late provision of content, assets, or approvals by the client
  • Frequent scope changes after project commencement
  • Third-party platform outages (hosting providers, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials. DVM Techno will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVM Techno shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Loss of data, revenue, business, or profits
  • Third-party actions, hacking, or security breaches despite reasonable security measures
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations or SEO outcomes (which are subject to search engine algorithms)

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DVM Techno for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • DVM Techno will deliver completed work components proportional to payment received.
  • Advance payments for undelivered work may be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
  • Recurring services (broadband) will continue until the current billing cycle ends.
  • DVM Techno may terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms without refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jhajjar, Haryana, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

For consumer grievances, the process outlined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies.
