Rohtak city had a population of 373,133 at the 2011 census, with an effective literacy rate of 84.08%. Will the app work on both Android and iPhone?
Yes. We usually build coaching apps cross-platform with Flutter or React Native, so one codebase runs on Android and iOS. The app is published on Google Play and the Apple App Store under your institute's own developer accounts, so the listing and the app stay in your name.
Can students download notes and lectures to study offline?
Yes. PDF notes and recorded lectures can be downloaded inside the app and opened without internet, which helps on weak mobile signal or while travelling. Files stay inside the app rather than the phone's gallery. Screen recording can be blocked on Android, but no app can stop someone filming a screen with another phone, so we are honest that content protection has limits.
How do students pay fees through the app?
Through a payment gateway that supports UPI, cards and net banking. The money settles to your institute's bank account under your agreement with the gateway, the app records the payment against the student's instalment plan and issues a receipt, and the app itself never stores card details.
What do parents see in the app?
Parents log in to see their child's attendance, test marks, upcoming tests and fee dues, and get push notifications for absences, results and reminders. If you want WhatsApp or SMS alerts as well, these can be added through an approved business messaging provider.
How does the doubt chat work?
A student types a question or sends a photo of it from the chapter or test, and it goes to the teacher for that subject and batch. Teachers reply from their own login, answers stay in the student's history, and you can set chat hours and moderate messages from the admin panel.
How is student data protected under the DPDP Act?
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires that personal data is collected for a clear purpose with consent, and for children under 18 it requires verifiable consent from a parent. We build consent screens, role-based access, encrypted connections and the ability to correct or delete records. Your institute remains responsible for how it uses the data, so we suggest you also take legal advice on your policies.
Can the app use our existing student records?
Yes. Students, batches, fee plans and past marks can be imported from Excel or Google Sheets before launch, and checked with your office. If you also run a school or need a fuller ERP, the app can connect with our school management software.
