Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fair and transparent refund terms for all DVM Techno services — Website, App, CCTV, Broadband.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines DVM Techno's terms for refunds and cancellations across all services. We aim to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Project-Based Services
(Website Development, App Development, School ERP, Custom Software, Digital Marketing)
- Before project commencement: 100% refund of advance payment if cancellation is requested before any work has begun.
- After project commencement: Refund of advance proportional to uncompleted work. DVM Techno will provide a documented account of work completed to calculate the refundable amount.
- After project delivery / approval: No refund after the client has approved the final deliverable and taken possession.
- Scope changes: If the client significantly changes project scope after commencement, additional charges may apply. Cancellation at this stage is treated as post-commencement.
2. CCTV Installation Services
- Before installation: Full refund of advance if cancellation is before the installation visit.
- After hardware purchase (pre-installation): Hardware cost (cameras, DVR, accessories) is non-refundable once purchased specifically for your project. Installation service component may be refunded.
- After installation: No refund once installation is completed and client has accepted the system.
- Defective hardware: Covered under manufacturer warranty. DVM Techno will facilitate replacement within the warranty period at no additional charge.
3. Broadband Internet Services
- Monthly plan cancellation: Cancel any time. Service continues until the current paid month ends. No partial refund for unused days.
- Installation charge: Installation is free — no installation charge is levied, hence no refund applicable.
- Equipment (router/antenna): DVM Techno-provided equipment remains DVM Techno's property. On cancellation, equipment must be returned in working condition or replacement cost will be charged.
- Service outage: Extended outages (>48 continuous hours) due to DVM Techno's infrastructure failure will be compensated by extending the subscription by equivalent days.
4. Refund Process
- Submit refund requests to info@dvmtechno.com or WhatsApp +91-9205453572 with your order/project details.
- DVM Techno will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer/cash as applicable).
- GST components, if any, are refunded in accordance with GST laws of India.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration and renewal fees (paid to registrar on client's behalf)
- Third-party API or software licences purchased for a specific project
- Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) already disbursed
- Work completed and approved by the client
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service or dispute a charge, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jhajjar, Haryana, India, in accordance with our Terms of Use.
