Advocate Website Design · Gurgaon
We build plain information websites for advocates and law firms in Gurgaon. Every page stays within BCI Rule 36: facts you choose, a disclaimer page and nothing that solicits work.
Quick answer
DVM Techno is a Gurgaon-based web and software company that builds information websites for advocates and law firms. Each site keeps to the particulars in the Schedule to BCI Rule 36. These are name, contact details, enrolment details, State Bar Council, bar association, qualifications and areas of practice. We add a disclaimer page, a courts and chamber page with a Google Map, and a short contact form. We leave out testimonials, case results and 'best' claims.
Built Within Rule 36
Most people who look up an advocate have already been given a name. They want to confirm three things: that you are enrolled, that you handle their kind of matter, and where your chamber is. Your website should answer those quickly and say nothing more.
Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules bars advocates from soliciting work or advertising. A 2008 proviso allows website information as prescribed in the Schedule, and treats anything extra as a breach. We design to that limit, as our law firm website build checklist explains.
You decide every word that goes live, and we do the technical work. That covers website development in Gurgaon, hosting, speed and structured data. This page describes what we build; it is not legal advice, so confirm your content with your State Bar Council.
What Your Website Gets
Built for advocates and law firms, with the promotional parts of law firm templates taken out.

An accessible 'I agree' overlay that is remembered after acceptance. The page still loads underneath, so search engines can read it.
Each profile uses fixed fields: name, enrolment number and date, State Bar Council, bar association, qualifications and areas of practice.
One plain page per area you handle. Each explains in general terms what the area covers, with no superlatives.
The forums where you regularly appear, named plainly. Add your chamber address, visiting hours and an embedded Google Map.
It asks only for name, phone and type of matter, never case facts. A note says the form creates no advocate-client relationship.
We remove testimonial sliders, rating widgets, 'cases won' counters, pop-ups and ad pixels before launch.
Structured data using schema.org LegalService and Person, with facts shown on the page. No review or rating markup.
Staff can draft changes, but only a named partner can publish them. A change log records who edited what.
Plain type, good contrast and quick pages on a phone. Hindi pages can carry the same facts as the English ones.
Found Without Advertising
A referred client often searches your name or your chamber. We make sure the facts they find are accurate and match on your site and on Google. There are no ads, paid listings or keyword-stuffed pages.
Site Plan

FAQs
Answers for owners planning a new website.
Yes. Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules bars soliciting work and advertising. A 2008 proviso allows website information as prescribed in the Schedule. That covers name, contact details, enrolment details, State Bar Council, bar association, qualifications and areas of practice. Anything more is treated as a breach. This is general information, not legal advice, so check the current rule before you publish.
We leave out client testimonials, star ratings, case results, 'cases won' counters and 'best' or 'top' claims. We also remove 'free consultation' pop-ups, sales chatbots, client logos and ad pixels. These are common in law firm templates, but they promote or solicit, which Rule 36 does not allow. You can still publish the plain facts the Schedule permits.
We have not found a rule that makes it compulsory, but most Indian law firm websites use one. It records that the visitor came of their own accord, that the content is general information, and that no advocate-client relationship is created. We build it as an accessible overlay, remembered after acceptance, so search engines can still read your pages.
Yes. Google's guidelines treat lawyers as individual practitioners, who may have their own profile if they meet its rules. We help you list your real name, chamber address, phone and hours accurately, matching your website. We do not suggest asking clients for reviews, and we do not copy reviews onto your site.
Yes, if it is designed with care. The form asks only for name, phone, e-mail and the type of matter, and tells visitors not to send confidential facts. Data goes to a restricted mailbox over HTTPS. We add a privacy notice, since the DPDP Rules, 2025 bring in duties under the DPDP Act, 2023 in phases.
Cost depends on the number of advocate profiles and practice area pages. A Hindi version and how much drafting you want from us also matter. A partner-approval workflow, extra offices and ongoing maintenance also add to it. After a short call we share a written quote for exactly what you need.
A single advocate's site usually takes a few weeks from the planning call to launch. A firm with many profiles takes longer, mainly because each profile needs complete enrolment details and partner sign-off. We can launch the core pages first and add profiles and articles in stages, so nothing waits on one missing detail.
Yes. The domain, hosting account and content are registered in your name or your firm's name. You receive the code and admin access at handover. If you later move to another developer or host, you can take everything with you. We also keep backups so a lost password does not mean a lost site.
