Bahadurgarh
Built for the Delhi border's freight corridor.
Bahadurgarh is a city in Jhajjar district, about 21 km from Delhi, on National Highway 9. It has been connected to the Delhi Metro Green Line since 24 June 2018, with three of the line's stations in Bahadurgarh, ending at Brigadier Hoshiyar Singh. Its industrial areas include MIE-I, MIE-II and the HSIIDC estates in Sectors 16 and 17.
The town also sits on the 135.6 km Western Peripheral Expressway, better known as the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal (KMP) Expressway, which runs from Kundli to Palwal through Bahadurgarh, Badli, Jhajjar and Manesar and was expected to divert more than 50,000 heavy vehicles away from Delhi. The Tribune reported in 2019 that Haryana's logistics, warehousing and retail policy targeted logistics investment along the KMP Expressway, and in 2026 that the KMP corridor has driven growth in places including Bahadurgarh.
For a warehouse on this corridor, that means trucks arriving and leaving through the day, stock held for several clients or plants, and dispatches that must leave with the right items and the right paperwork. Our team serves Bahadurgarh from our Kasni branch in the same Jhajjar district and our Sector 84 office in Gurgaon. We do not have an office in Bahadurgarh, and we come to your warehouse when the project needs it.

What makes warehouse work different
- Stock is only useful if you know its exact bin — a pallet in the wrong rack is as good as lost
- Inward and dispatch happen at the dock under time pressure, so checks must be a scan, not a register entry
- Batches with expiry or manufacturing dates must leave in the right order: first in, or first to expire
- A 3PL holds stock for several clients, and each client expects its own stock report and bill
- Paper counts drift from reality, so stock has to be checked rack by rack without stopping work

FAQs
Warehouse Management in Bahadurgarh — FAQs.
Straight answers to what Bahadurgarh business owners ask before they start.
Will the scanner app work on low-cost Android devices?
Yes. The app runs on Android handheld terminals with built-in scanners and on ordinary Android phones using the camera. Camera scanning is slower for high volumes, so we test on the devices you plan to buy before roll-out and suggest what suits your workload.
Signal inside our shed is weak. Will the app still work?
Yes, for most tasks. Scans are saved on the device and synced when the connection returns, so receiving, putaway and counting can continue. Some steps, such as checking live stock before a pick, need a connection, so during the site visit we check where Wi-Fi coverage is needed.
Can the WMS work with our ERP or Tally?
Yes. We can exchange item masters, purchase orders, sales orders and stock with Tally or your ERP, so data is not keyed in twice. How deep the link goes depends on what your ERP allows, such as an API or file import, and we confirm this before we start.
We are a 3PL. Can each client see only their own stock?
Yes. Stock, inward, dispatch and reports are kept separate for every client. Storage and handling charges can be worked out per client, and you can give a client a login to see only their stock and orders.
Can the WMS follow FIFO or FEFO for batches with expiry dates?
Yes. Batch, manufacturing date and expiry date are captured at inward, and pick lists follow first-in-first-out or first-expiry-first-out rules, so older or earlier-expiring stock leaves first.
Does it handle e-way bills on dispatch?
Yes. The dispatch record carries the invoice or delivery challan, vehicle and transporter details, and the WMS can generate e-way bills through the portal's API access or prepare the data for upload, depending on your GST setup.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of items, locations and clients, whether racks need labelling, and which systems we integrate with. We give a timeline after the site visit, and we start with a pilot zone so the warehouse keeps running during the change.
Do you have an office in Bahadurgarh?
No. Our branch is in Kasni, in the same Jhajjar district, and our main office is in Sector 84, Gurgaon. We visit your warehouse for the requirement study, label planning and training, and handle day-to-day support over phone and WhatsApp.
