Key takeaways
- A clinic brand with branches across Delhi NCR is usually best served by one website with a strong page for each location.
- Each location page needs its own address, timings, doctors, map and metro directions; copied text with only the town name changed helps nobody.
- Doctors in NCR may be registered with different State Medical Councils, so show each doctor's own registration and council.
- Each branch should have its own Google Business Profile linked to its own location page, and enquiries should reach that branch directly.

What makes clinic website design for Delhi NCR different?
Clinic website design for Delhi NCR has to work across state lines: one patient may live in Noida, work in Gurgaon and visit a parent in Delhi, and a clinic brand may have branches in all three. The site must make it obvious which branch is nearest and how to book there.
The National Capital Region covers Delhi and districts of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida) and Ghaziabad, with regional planning by the NCR Planning Board. Each part has its own civic bodies, metro lines and habits. Noida is run by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, while Gurgaon and Faridabad have municipal corporations.
In practice, NCR clinic sites deal with problems a single-town clinic rarely sees:
- Patients book the wrong branch because the home page shows one address.
- A doctor's timings differ by branch, and the site shows only one set.
- Branch phone numbers and WhatsApp numbers are mixed up in forms and listings.
- Location pages repeat the same text with only the city name swapped.
Should a clinic with several NCR branches use one website or several?
For most clinic brands, one website with a page for each branch works best. It keeps the brand's reputation, articles and doctor profiles in one place while each branch still gets its own page to rank and convert.
| Approach | Works well when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| One site, one page per branch | Same brand, shared doctors or services | Each branch page needs genuinely local content |
| One site, branch sections | Branches offer different specialities | Navigation must stay simple on a phone |
| Separate site per branch | Branches are separate practices with different owners | Duplicate content, split effort, several sites to maintain |
Separate sites make sense mainly when branches are really separate businesses. If you are comparing builders and custom builds for this, our doctor website builder vs custom guide covers the trade-offs.
What should each Delhi NCR location page include?
Each location page should answer "Can I get there, when is it open, and who will I see?" for that branch alone. If two pages could swap city names without anyone noticing, they are not local enough.
- Full address with sector or colony, landmark, floor and entrance.
- Metro directions: the Yellow Line serves Gurgaon stations such as Sikanderpur and MG Road; the Violet Line runs through Faridabad to Raja Nahar Singh in Ballabhgarh; Noida has the Blue and Magenta Lines and the Aqua Line.
- Timings for that branch, including Sunday and holiday hours.
- Doctors who see patients there, with their days at that branch.
- Services available at that branch, if not every branch offers everything.
- Parking and access: lift, ramp and wheelchair access.
- Map embed and branch phone and WhatsApp numbers.
- Hindi summary of address, timings and booking steps.
Local context can help when it is useful to patients. Many families in NCR go to the large public hospitals at Ansari Nagar, where AIIMS faces Safdarjung Hospital, for specialist care, and then need physiotherapy, dressings or tests nearer home. A branch page that explains follow-up services, travel time and opening hours serves that patient better than a line saying "serving all of Delhi NCR".

How should doctor profiles show registration across Delhi, Haryana and UP?
Show each doctor's own registration number and the name of the council it was issued by, exactly as on their prescription pad. In NCR, doctors at one brand may hold registrations from different state councils.
The 2002 ethics regulations require a doctor to display their registration number in the clinic and on prescriptions, certificates and receipts (clause 1.4.1), and say a signboard should carry only the doctor's name, recognised qualifications, titles, speciality and registration number with the name of the State Medical Council (clause 7.13). A website profile should follow the same discipline. The Delhi Medical Council, Haryana Medical Council and U.P. Medical Council each keep their own registers.
- Name, recognised degrees and any recognised diplomas or memberships, nothing more (clause 1.4.2).
- Registration number and council, for example "Reg. No. ... , Haryana Medical Council".
- Branches and days the doctor sees patients.
- Areas of practice, described plainly; the word "specialist" only with a special qualification (clause 7.20).
- Languages spoken.
If a doctor practises in more than one state, ask the relevant councils what registration that needs. This post is general information, not legal advice.
What can NCR clinic pages say under medical ethics rules?
The same rules apply on every branch page and in every language: describe services and facilities, do not solicit patients or boast of cures. A Hindi page or a social post is held to the same standard as the English home page.
The NMC's 2023 conduct regulations were placed in abeyance on 23 August 2023, and the 2002 regulations were adopted in their place. Under clause 6.1.1 of those regulations, solicitation by doctors, groups or institutions is unethical, and doctors must not boast of cases, operations, cures or remedies. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 separately prohibits false or misleading claims about drugs and advertising remedies for listed diseases.
| Fine on a branch page | Leave out |
|---|---|
| "Dental implants and root canal treatment available at our Noida branch" | "Best dental clinic in Noida" |
| Doctors' qualifications and registration | Patient testimonials and success stories |
| Equipment and facilities at that branch | "Guaranteed results" or cure claims |
| Opening hours and how fees are explained | "Painless" or "100% success" promises |
How should appointments and WhatsApp work across several locations?
Ask for the branch first, then route the request to that branch's desk and WhatsApp number. One central inbox for every branch is how enquiries get lost.
- Put a branch selector at the top of the appointment form, pre-filled when the patient comes from a branch page.
- Send each request to that branch's desk, with a copy to a central coordinator only if needed.
- Give each branch page its own WhatsApp button linked to that branch's number.
- Keep fields minimal and add a short privacy notice with an unticked consent box.
- Confirm every request by phone or WhatsApp, and say so on the form.
The DPDP Rules, 2025, notified on 13 November 2025, require a notice in clear and plain language listing the data collected and why, and an easy way to withdraw consent; these duties start 18 months after notification. With several branches, also decide which staff can see which branch's enquiries.
How do Google Business Profiles work for a clinic across Delhi NCR?
Each branch that patients visit needs its own verified Business Profile, linked to its own location page. Pointing every profile at the home page wastes the location page you built.
- Use the same brand name format on every branch; Google's guidelines do not allow keywords or city names stuffed into the business name unless they are part of the real name.
- Where several doctors work at a branch, the branch has its own profile, separate from any practitioner profiles.
- Add an appointment link pointing to the branch's booking page.
- Keep hours, holidays and phone numbers in sync with the location page.
- Do not offer anything in exchange for reviews; Google's contribution policy prohibits incentivised reviews.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should each clinic branch in Delhi NCR have its own website?
Usually not. If the branches share a brand, doctors and services, one website with a detailed page for each branch is easier to maintain and builds one reputation. Separate websites make sense when branches are really separate practices with different owners. Whatever you choose, each branch needs its own address, timings, doctors and booking route.
How do I stop NCR location pages looking duplicated?
Write each page from that branch's facts: the exact address and entrance, metro station, parking, which doctors attend on which days, services offered there and its own timings. Add photos of that branch. If you could swap the city names between two pages without anything looking wrong, the pages need more local detail.
Which registration number should a doctor show on an NCR clinic website?
Show the doctor's own registration number and the name of the council that issued it, as on their prescriptions. The 2002 ethics regulations require registration numbers to be displayed and say signboards should name the State Medical Council. If a doctor practises in more than one state, check registration requirements with the councils. This is not legal advice.
Can I use one WhatsApp number for every branch?
You can, but it often slows replies and mixes up bookings. A separate WhatsApp number for each branch, linked from that branch's page and Business Profile, sends patients straight to the desk that can confirm their slot. If you keep one number, ask for the branch in the first message and route the chat quickly.
Do medical ethics rules apply to Hindi pages and social posts too?
Yes. The 2002 ethics regulations apply to advertising or publicity through any mode, whatever the language. A Hindi page, an Instagram post or a branch flyer should follow the same rules as the English website: no soliciting, no boasting of cures and no testimonials. This is general information, not legal advice.
