Google Ads in Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal: How to Target an Industrial Belt

One campaign can cover Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal for a single service; most businesses do better with campaigns per service or town, named locations, the right Presence setting and call assets on working hours.

Key takeaways

  • Start with one campaign per service; split it by town only when Rewari, Dharuhera or Bawal need their own budget, hours or ads.
  • Use named locations where Google offers them and a measured radius where it does not, and check the matched-locations report to see where ads really ran.
  • Choose “Presence or interest” for movers and solar, where buyers plan from elsewhere, and “Presence” for repair trades that can only visit nearby homes.
  • Schedule call assets to the hours someone can answer, and never advertise mobile or laptop repair, which Google’s tech-support policy does not allow.

Should Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal share one Google Ads campaign?

Share one campaign when you offer one service, on the same hours, at the same price logic, across all three towns. Split into separate campaigns when a town needs its own budget, its own working hours or its own message, because in Google Ads the budget, the schedule and the location settings all sit at campaign level.

A small electrician working only around Rewari city does not need three campaigns; one campaign with a tight area and two or three ad groups is enough. A packers and movers firm that wants steady enquiries from Bawal as well as Rewari is different. In a shared campaign, Google spends wherever it finds clicks, and the town with the most searches can take most of the money. Google describes the budget as an average daily amount set for each campaign, so the only firm way to give Bawal a fixed share is to give Bawal its own campaign.

A sensible rule for this belt: one campaign per service first, then one campaign per town for the services where towns behave differently. If you are new to account setup, our step-by-step Google Ads campaign guide covers the basics before you plan the split.

How do Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal differ for an advertiser?

Rewari is the district town, while Dharuhera and Bawal are smaller towns on NH 48 built around industrial estates. Kosli, Khol and Nahar add a wide rural spread. Each part needs different services, and so different areas and keywords.

Wikipedia describes Rewari as the headquarters of Rewari district, part of the National Capital Region, about 51 km from Gurgaon, and long known for traditional brass metalwork. It lists several national highways through the city, among them NH 48, NH 352 and NH 919, the Rewari–Dharuhera–Sohna–Palwal road. The district article credits industrial estates such as Dharuhera and the Industrial Model Township at Bawal for its industrial growth, and names seven blocks: Dharuhera, Khol, Nahar, Jatusana, Bawal, Rewari and Dahina.

PlaceWhat Wikipedia saysWhat it means for ads
Rewari cityDistrict headquarters, about 51 km from Gurgaon, several national highwaysThe main named location for home services, shops, clinics and coaching
DharuheraAbout 19 km from Rewari city and 40 km from Gurugram, on NH 48, an industrial estate on both sides of the highwayMovers, repair for newly set-up homes, solar for factory roofs
BawalAbout 11 km from Rewari, on NH 48, an industrial area developed by HSIIDC in 1995 for auto-parts makersFactory solar, staff relocation, IT support for businesses only
KosliA town and tehsil of Rewari district, bordered by Jhajjar district to the northLocal trades with tight Presence targeting
Khol and NaharBlocks of Rewari districtVillage names in keywords; a radius where no named target exists

Wikipedia also notes that Dharuhera’s economy was mainly agrarian until recently. Put simply, the belt mixes long-settled households with people who have come for work in the estates. Both groups search for the same trades, but for different reasons: a family that has lived in Kosli for years calls an electrician it might already know of, while a newly arrived manager in Dharuhera searches from scratch for movers, AC service and an RO technician.

Named locations or a radius: which works for this belt?

Use named locations where Google offers Rewari, Dharuhera, Bawal or Kosli as a target, and a radius around your shop or godown where it does not. A radius is quick, but a wide one crosses district and state lines you may not serve.

Google’s location targeting help page says ads can show in countries, areas within a country, a radius around a location, or location groups, and that location target types vary by country. So the first job is to type each town into the location search and see what Google returns. Where a town appears as its own target, add it by name; its boundary is then Google’s, not a circle you guessed.

A radius is useful for a village-level business in the Khol or Nahar blocks, or for any trade that thinks in travel time. Draw it around the place your team starts from, not the town centre. Keep two warnings in mind. First, the district article lists Alwar in Rajasthan among Rewari district’s neighbours, along with Jhajjar, Mahendragarh, Gurgaon and Nuh, so a wide circle from Bawal or Rewari can reach places you would never visit; exclude them. Second, Google warns that a very small location can mean ads show only intermittently or not at all. A plumber who draws a three-street circle may see almost no impressions.

You can mix both in one campaign: named towns for Rewari and Dharuhera, plus a radius around a godown in a village, with exclusions for anything outside your service area.

Presence or “Presence or interest”: who should see your ads?

Pick “Presence or interest” for services that people plan from elsewhere, such as moving house or buying solar for a family home. Pick “Presence” for services that need a technician at the door the same day, such as AC repair, plumbing or electrical work.

Google’s location options page recommends broad geo targeting, “Presence or interest”, on Search, because it reaches people who are in your targeted locations and also people who show interest in them. It suggests “Presence” when you only want to reach people in specific locations. For this belt, the choice is practical:

  • Packers and movers: someone in Delhi or Gurgaon who has just taken a job in Bawal may search for movers to Bawal before arriving. Presence or interest lets your ad reach them.
  • Solar for homes: a son working in another city may research rooftop solar for the family house in Rewari. Presence or interest helps here too.
  • Solar for factories: the buyer may sit in a head office elsewhere, so Presence or interest, with a landing page aimed at industrial roofs.
  • AC, appliance and RO repair, electricians, plumbers: Presence. A person outside your area cannot use a technician who cannot reach them.
  • Clinics, coaching and shops: usually Presence, because customers have to walk in.

After launch, Google’s geographic performance reports show a matched-locations view (where your ads appeared) and a targeted-locations view (results by the places you chose). Read them in the first weeks; if calls are coming from towns you cannot serve, tighten the setting or add exclusions.

Which trades suit the industrial belt, and how should each be set up?

Movers, home repair trades, solar installers, electricians and plumbers, clinics, coaching centres and shops all fit this area, but each needs its own campaign shape. Mobile, laptop and computer repair shops cannot use Google Ads for repair work at all.

The estates bring people who move for work, and every move sets off a chain of needs: packing and transport, then AC installation or service, washing machine and fridge repair, an RO technician, an electrician for a new connection. Rewari’s summers, which Wikipedia puts at roughly May to July with dust storms because the city lies next to Rajasthan, keep AC searches high while the heat lasts. Factory owners and householders both look at rooftop solar.

Two Google policies matter for repair businesses. The third-party consumer technical support policy does not allow ads for tech support of consumer technology and names hardware repair services among its examples, so a mobile or laptop repair shop in Rewari should rely on a Google Business Profile, local SEO and a website instead; see our guide for mobile and laptop repair shops. The policy does not say whether ACs or home appliances count, so we check the current policies before any campaign goes live. Separately, Google’s misrepresentation policy means an independent workshop must never present itself as an appliance brand’s service centre.

For solar, keep ad text free of savings promises and subsidy figures, and point readers to the official PM Surya Ghar portal for the current rules. Clinics should keep ads factual, and individual doctors should check the current National Medical Commission guidelines before advertising. Trade-specific setups are on our pages for packers and movers, solar installers and repair services.

When should your ads and call button run?

Run ads, and above all the call button, only in the hours someone can answer. A missed call from an ad is money spent for nothing, and a customer who gets no answer simply calls the next business.

Google’s ad scheduling lets you choose the days and hours your ads show; a new campaign runs all day by default. You can also raise or lower bids for chosen days and times, though Smart Bidding strategies ignore those manual schedule adjustments. Google’s call assets add your phone number to ads and can be set to appear only when your business can accept calls.

  • Repair trades: match the schedule to the hours your phone is staffed. If you close on Sunday, switch the call asset off on Sunday.
  • Movers: if someone can answer in the evening, keep calls on then; if not, let the ad send people to a quote form after hours instead.
  • Solar for factories: if your team meets factory clients only on weekdays, the commercial campaign can follow a weekday schedule.
  • Separate town campaigns: if your Bawal team keeps different hours from your Rewari office, that alone is a reason to split campaigns.

Turn on call reporting so calls from ads count as conversions; Google then creates a default call conversion type for you. With town campaigns and service ad groups, that shows which town and which ad group produced each call.

How should you split a budget across three towns?

Give each town its own campaign and budget only when you need control over how much each town gets. Otherwise, run one campaign, read the location reports, and move money once you see where real enquiries come from.

Google spends each campaign’s average daily budget across the month. On a single day it can spend up to twice that amount for most campaigns, but over a month it will not charge more than 30.4 times the daily figure for most campaigns. Google also offers shared budgets that pool one amount across several campaigns, which can suit a small business that wants separate town campaigns for reporting but cannot fund each one properly.

  1. Start with the town that matches your base and your capacity, usually Rewari city.
  2. Add Dharuhera and Bawal as separate campaigns only if you have the staff to serve them and want a fixed share for each.
  3. If you use manual or Maximize clicks bidding, location bid adjustments can show ads more or less often in a given town; Google says Smart Bidding strategies do not support manual adjustments of this kind.
  4. Check the matched-locations report every week for the first month.
  5. Move budget towards the town that produces booked jobs, not just clicks.
  6. Review seasonally: AC repair budgets rise in the hot months and fall afterwards.

Ad spend goes directly to Google, separate from any agency fee. The cost of each click depends on competition for the search, your bid, the quality of your ad and landing page, and the hours and towns you target, so there is no fixed figure that holds for every trade.

A setup checklist for a business in the Rewari belt

Before you spend anything, decide the towns, the setting and the hours, then build the page and the tracking. The checklist below takes a business from blank account to a campaign that can be judged fairly.

  1. List the services you sell and the towns where you can deliver each one.
  2. Search each town in Google Ads location targeting; note which appear as named targets.
  3. Choose named locations, a radius or both, and add exclusions for districts and states you do not serve.
  4. Pick Presence for repair and walk-in trades, Presence or interest for movers and solar.
  5. Build one campaign per service, then split by town where budget, hours or ads differ.
  6. Write ads that name the town: “Packers and movers in Bawal”, “AC repair in Rewari city”.
  7. Add negative keywords for jobs, salary, training, courses and DIY; Google notes that negative keywords do not match close variants, so add plurals and spellings one by one.
  8. Schedule call assets to staffed hours and turn on call reporting.
  9. Send each ad group to a landing page about that service in that town, with call and WhatsApp buttons at the top.
  10. Read the search terms and matched-locations reports weekly and adjust.

A good landing page in this belt says plainly which towns you cover. A visitor in Dharuhera who sees only “Rewari” on the page may assume you will not come.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one Google Ads campaign cover Rewari, Dharuhera and Bawal?

Yes, if you sell one service on the same hours in all three towns. Add each town as a named location where Google offers it, or use a radius, and read the matched-locations report to see which town brings enquiries. Split into separate campaigns when a town needs its own budget, hours or ads, because the budget and schedule are set for the whole campaign.

Should a repair business in Rewari use Presence or Presence or interest?

Usually Presence. A repair business can only help people its technicians can reach, so ads should show to people in the targeted area. Presence or interest, which Google recommends for Search in general, also reaches people elsewhere who show interest in your locations. That suits movers and solar installers, whose buyers often plan from another city, but it can bring a repair shop calls it cannot serve.

Can a mobile or laptop repair shop in Rewari run Google Ads?

Not for repair work. Google’s third-party consumer technical support policy does not allow ads for tech support of consumer technology and names hardware repair services among its examples. A mobile or laptop repair shop in Rewari, Dharuhera or Bawal should build a Google Business Profile, local SEO and a website instead. Ads remain possible for selling devices or accessories, or for IT support offered only to businesses.

How do I stop my ads showing in towns I do not serve?

Add exclusions for those places in the campaign’s location settings, choose Presence for services that need you at the door, and keep any radius no wider than your team can travel. Rewari district borders Jhajjar, Mahendragarh, Gurgaon, Nuh and Alwar in Rajasthan, so a wide circle can reach all of them. Check the matched-locations report weekly and tighten the settings if calls come from outside your area.

Does DVM Techno have an office in Rewari?

No. Our team works from Sector 84, Gurgaon, and our local office is in Kasni, Jhajjar district. We meet business owners from Rewari, Dharuhera, Bawal and Kosli in person when a meeting helps, and handle most work on phone, WhatsApp and video calls.
