CA Firm Website Design · Gurgaon
We build fast, factual websites for chartered accountants and CA firms, planned page by page against the website guidelines in ICAI's Code of Ethics, 2026.
Quick answer
DVM Techno is a Gurgaon-based web and software company that designs websites for chartered accountants and CA firms. We plan every page against the website guidelines in ICAI's Code of Ethics, 2026, para 3.3. Sites show permitted facts such as the firm name, offices, services, partners and articles. Audit pages follow the pull model, and we leave out logos, testimonials, fees and banner ads.
Built for CA Practices
People who look up a chartered accountant are already searching. They want to know who you are, where your office is and what services you provide. ICAI's rules let a CA website give those facts, but not sell.
Chapter 3 of ICAI's Code of Ethics, 2026 sets the website guidelines, and para 3.3 lists what a firm may show. We use that list as the page plan. Audit and attestation sit on their own page, opened only by visitors who choose it.
We also handle hosting and factual local search setup in Gurgaon. If your team needs a secure way to collect client documents, we can build custom software for that.
What Your Website Gets
Each feature maps to something ICAI's website guidelines permit, and nothing they forbid.

The firm name and "Chartered Accountants" in plain text, with no logo or monogram. The CA India logo is used only as ICAI's logo guidelines allow.
Every page is planned against para 3.3.7. It covers name, year of establishment, offices, services, partners, Peer Review status and vacancies.
Audit and attestation sit on their own page that visitors open by choice. No pop-ups, banners or broadcasts promote them.
Partners with passport-style photos, qualifications, year of qualification, area of experience and contact details.
Articles, deadline explainers and educational videos on GST, TDS and income tax, which para 3.3.10 permits.
Job openings and articleship vacancies, which the guidelines expressly allow a firm to show.
Each office address as registered with ICAI, a Google Map, hours, phone, email and a simple enquiry form.
No testimonials, review widgets, fee tables, "best firm" claims or slogans. No banner or third-party ads of any kind.
Links to ICAI, its regional councils and government sites. The domain name stays as close as possible to the firm's name.
Local Search for CA Firms
Being found when someone searches is pull, not promotion. We focus on accurate listings, a precise office location and useful explainers. We run no ads that push people to the website.
Site Plan

FAQs
Answers for owners planning a new website.
Yes. ICAI's Code of Ethics, 2026 says members and firms are free to create their own website, within the guidelines in Chapter 3. The site may show permitted facts such as name, address, services, partners and articles. It must not solicit work, show testimonials or fees, or carry banner ads. This is not legal or professional advice.
Services reserved for chartered accountants, such as audit and attestation, are shown only when a visitor asks for them, for example by opening that page. They are not pushed through pop-ups, banners, emails or broadcasts. Under the 2026 Code, non-exclusive services such as accounting or consultancy may also use push technology.
No. The Code says the Council prohibits logos or monograms of any kind on any media, including the internet. Printing the firm name in a way that amounts to a logo is also barred. The CA India logo issued by ICAI is the exception, used as its logo guidelines allow. We keep the firm name in plain text.
Under para 3.3.7 of the 2026 Code, a firm may show client names and the nature of the work only with the client's permission. For services reserved for chartered accountants, only the client name may be shown, again with permission. Fees charged cannot be shown. Many firms simply leave client names out.
We advise against it. The Code does not mention Google reviews, but it bars testimonials and solicitation. The cautious path is no review widgets or star ratings on the site and no review-request campaigns. If reviews appear on your Google profile, reply factually and never reveal client details.
It depends on the number of pages and offices, how many explainers we write, Hindi versions, and extras such as a secure client document area. Ongoing search work is a separate choice. After a short call, we share a written quote for exactly what you need.
A focused site of six to nine pages usually takes a few weeks from the planning call to launch. The content check against para 3.3 takes some time, and partner details must match ICAI's records. Explainers can be added in stages after launch.
You do. Para 3.3.20 asks for a domain name as close as possible to the firm or member name. We help you register one in the firm's name, and we set up hosting and an SSL certificate. You get full ownership of the website and its code.
